My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, mindfulness-based strategies, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build practical tools, regulate emotions, and move toward what matters most.
